Our organic sunflower oil is made from high oleic sunflower seeds which have been grown using organic methods. The high oleic characteristic makes a special type of oil high in healthy monounsaturated fats (the same kind of good-for-you fat that is in avocados and olive oil). This oil is expeller pressed without the use of any chemical solvents. It is refined, which gives it a light color, a mild flavor and a high smoke point.
As a high oleic oil, it is high in monounsaturated fats, which also makes the oil stable at high temperatures and extends the fry life. This product is naturally non-GMO and certified USDA NOP Organic. It is great for everyday use in frying, baking, and cooking.
This product is packaged in our 35 Lb. Containers, which is a plastic jug encased in a cardboard box. Each container holds 4.6 Gallons (35 Lbs / 15.8 Kg / 17.4 Liters) of oil inside, and your order will come with a spigot for dispensing. The orders are pre-packed into quantities of 20 or 60 units. The minimum order is 20 units (sorry, no individual containers available).
All orders are shipped on a freight truck, and the inventory will be wrapped on a pallet when it delivers to you. Shipping costs are additional and will be custom calculated at checkout.
